Q1: If  I purchase an individual version and join the (school) organization, what happens to my licenses that I have purchased?

Ans: Your individual account will be temporarily suspended, and you will be entitled to the licensed services purchased by the organization while you are a member of it, and your suspended account will be recovered

when you leave the organization.

Q2 ：Why can't I connect the fourth user even though I have downloaded the software?

Ans: The free version includes perpetual license for 3 users. If you want to connect to more than 3 users,

please go to our pricing page (https://educaster.net/pricing.html) for a more detailed pricing strategy.

Q3 ：How do I change my password?

Ans: If you remember your password, you can login through the official website and then go to “Account Center” to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can also change it by clicking "Forget password" in the login page.
